Use case · Online shop

Turn your website into a shop you control

“Customers ask if they can order online. I don’t want a marketplace taking a cut, and I can’t build a shop myself.”

Taking orders by phone and WhatsApp works until it doesn’t: prices get typed wrong, stock runs out mid-conversation, and nobody knows which orders are still waiting.

How it is done in Laabam.site

  1. Add your products

Under Inventory → Products, add each product with its price, photos, stock and options (size, colour). Already selling on Shopify? Import the products from Third party → Shopify.

  2. Set up the shop

In Shop → Set up choose the currency the shop sells in. Under Delivery set the delivery charge and switch on cash on delivery if you take it. Write your terms under Policies.

  3. Connect payment (shops in India)

Under Shop → Payments, paste the keys from your own Razorpay account. The money from each sale goes to you, never through us.

  4. Your website shows the shop

The products appear on your website by themselves, with a basket and a three-step checkout. Buyers sign in with an e-mail and password so they can see their orders later.

  5. Handle the orders

Every order arrives in Shop → Orders with what was bought and at what price. Mark it sent (with a tracking number) or cancelled, and print the bill.

What it costs

  • Laabam.site takes no commission on your sales — 0% of what you sell. Razorpay charges its own payment fee, paid to Razorpay.
  • Changing a price or adding a product is free: it shows on the live site at once, with no rebuild.
  • A new account gets 1,000 free AI credits and 21 days to try it — no card needed to start.
  • Plans start at $9 a month (₹500 in India, plus 18% GST), shown in your own currency. Starter includes 500 AI credits a month.

Good to know

  • Online card and UPI payment is for shops in India today, through the owner’s own Razorpay account. Shops elsewhere take orders with cash on delivery, or “order now and we call you” — the order is recorded either way.
  • A shop sells in one currency. Prices are relabelled, never converted.
  • Buyers must create an account to order; there is no guest checkout.
  • There is no courier booking yet — you send the parcel and add the tracking number yourself.

Try it with your own business

The wizard opens with this idea filled in. Add products afterwards under Inventory → Products.
