Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stop at the end of the paid month. We don’t refund part-months. Token top-ups are non-refundable once spent; unspent packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
Cancelling a monthly plan
You can cancel from your billing page at any time, which stops the auto-debit mandate immediately. Your plan then stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for — you keep every credit and feature for the rest of that period. We do not refund part-months.
If a payment fails
You keep building for 3 days while we retry the charge, and we email you before anything stops. After that, new builds and edits pause — but your live website stays online, and your dashboard, source code, downloads, enquiries and visitor stats remain available. Nothing is deleted and your credits stay in your account; they become spendable again as soon as a plan is active.
Monthly plan credits
Your plan's monthly credits are replaced with a fresh batch at each renewal, so unused monthly credits do not roll over and are not refundable. A build always spends your monthly plan credits before any credits you bought separately.
Top-up packs
Credits bought as a one-time top-up never expire. An unspent top-up can be refunded within 7 days of purchase on request — email support@laabam.site from your account email with the order details. Refunds are issued minus any payment-gateway fee charged on the original transaction. Credits already spent by a build are non-refundable — they paid for AI compute we have already used.
Failed builds
If a build fails because of a platform error on our side, the credits it consumed are re-credited to your account automatically. If that doesn't happen for any reason, contact support@laabam.site and we will restore them on request.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your statement.
