Appointments booked on your website, not by phone
“I spend my evenings answering ‘are you free on Tuesday?’ — and twice this month two people turned up for the same slot.”
Salons, clinics, tutors, driving schools and consultants live by their diary. A contact form only collects a time someone hopes for; nobody knows whether it is free.
How it is done in Laabam.site
Add what can be booked
Under Inventory → Products, add each appointment as a service with its length (for example 60 minutes) and price. A pack of sessions — say 10 lessons — is a bundle of that service.
Set your hours and rules
Under Bookings → Hours & set up, switch bookings on, set the days and hours you work, and choose whether a booking is paid at the visit, by a deposit, or in full.
Customers book on your website
Your website shows a Book button. The customer picks a free time, signs in and books. Two people can never take the same slot — the second is told it has just gone.
Run the day from the Diary
Every booking appears under Bookings → Diary. The customer gets a confirmation e-mail with a link to change or cancel it, and a reminder before the visit.
Optional: see it in your own calendar
Subscribe your phone’s calendar to the booking feed from the set-up page, and new bookings appear there too.
What it costs
- Bookings are part of every account — no charge per booking. Deposits and payments go to your own Razorpay account; Razorpay charges its own fee.
- A new account gets 1,000 free AI credits and 21 days to try it — no card needed to start.
- Plans start at $9 a month (₹500 in India, plus 18% GST), shown in your own currency. Starter includes 500 AI credits a month.
Good to know
- Online deposits and payments are for businesses in India today, through the owner’s own Razorpay account. Elsewhere, bookings are paid at the visit.
- Until you set your hours, the diary is closed — nothing is offered to customers by default.
- A booking is for a service with a fixed length, up to 12 hours. Reminders are sent by e-mail.
Try it with your own business
The wizard opens with this idea filled in. Add your services afterwards, then turn on bookings.
