Every enquiry from your website, in one inbox

“My website has a contact form, but I never know if anyone used it — and the ones I do get are lost in my e-mail.”

A form that sends nothing, or sends into a mailbox nobody reads, costs the business the one thing the website was for. A missed enquiry is a customer who went to someone else.

How it is done in Laabam.site

  1. Publish a website with a contact form

Tick “Contact form” under Features when you create the website, or ask for one later in plain words. On the published site the form really sends — and quietly filters out bots, so spam does not fill the inbox.

  2. Hear about it at once

Each enquiry is e-mailed to you and lands in Enquiries, in the dashboard’s side menu, with an unread count beside it. One inbox covers every website on your account.

  3. Open it and reply the easy way

Press View to read the whole enquiry. Reply through Gmail or Outlook with the message quoted, open WhatsApp on the number, or scan a QR code to ring it from your phone.

  4. Give it a follow-up status

Mark each enquiry New, Called, Won or Lost, give it to a team member, add a private note and a follow-up date. You get a reminder mail on the day.

  5. Optional: an automatic reply

Switch on the automatic reply for a website, and every visitor who leaves an e-mail address gets a short message from your business saying you received it.

What it costs

  • Enquiries, the inbox, follow-ups, reminders and the automatic reply are part of every account — there is no charge per enquiry.
  • You can download all your enquiries as a spreadsheet (CSV) at any time, even if your plan lapses.
  • A new account gets 1,000 free AI credits and 21 days to try it — no card needed to start.
  • Plans start at $9 a month (₹500 in India, plus 18% GST), shown in your own currency. Starter includes 500 AI credits a month.

Good to know

  • The form sends only on the published website; in the dashboard’s preview it does nothing, so you can test freely.
  • The automatic reply is a fixed message from you — it never repeats what the visitor typed — and goes once a day per address.
  • Visit counts beside your enquiries are a minimum, not an exact number.
